Winter Break Notice
Please note that our Centre will be closed for our annual winter break from December 23rd to January 3rd. Our last operational day will be December 20th, and we will reopen on January 6th. This break allows our team time for self-care and rejuvenation, ensuring we return in January with renewed focus to continue offering the support you deserve.
We encourage you to use this time for personal reflection and self-nurturing. Practice the coping strategies you’ve learned and engage with your support systems. This pause is a reminder for all of us to care for ourselves as we prepare for the year ahead.
One-to-one support services will resume the week of January 6th, and support groups will restart the week of January 13th. Registration for the week of January 13th's groups will open on the 13th at 9:00am and close at 4:00pm the same day as the group you are interested in registering for (for those eligible to register). Support Provided
We do not provide counselling, therapy, or crisis support. All services provided are based on peer support. Visit our FAQ page to learn the difference between peer support and clinical support. Following Up With You
After receiving your submission, a member of the organization will contact you within 10 business days (with exception of statutory holidays and office closures) to schedule your initial session with a staff member, a volunteer, or a student. Please ensure you check your Junk and Spam folders as our initial email is often sent there first. Note we are not open during the last two weeks of December for our annual closure.
