Pricing varies based on several factors, including the type of workshop, duration, number of participants, and whether the workshop is in-person or virtual. We offer distinct pricing for charities, schools, and businesses/organizations.

Pre-set Workshops: Each workshop has a maximum number of participants included in the standard pricing, with different rates for each workshop duration (1-hour, half-day, full-day). Additional fees apply for extra participants beyond the maximum group size.

Add-ons: Additional pre-set content and customization options are available for an additional fee, which extends the workshop by 15-20 minutes per add-on.

Our pre-set workshops (listed above) are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a wide audience, offering practical tools, education, and strategies to support individuals navigating grief and those providing care to grieving peers, clients, or loved ones. These generalized workshops are impactful, however if you’re seeking a tailored experience for a specific group, we can customize the session to align with your needs. Simply share your requirements in advance, and we’ll work with you to adapt the content.
Our workshops are primarily offered remotely/virtually to ensure accessibility and streamline costs. In-person options may be available for half-day and full-day workshops depending on location, resources, scheduling, and travel considerations. Please note that in-person workshops are customized based on printing resources (if requested), mileage, and travel, whereas virtual workshops have set costs. We encourage virtual sessions whenever possible to better accommodate various needs.
If you are looking for a specific topic or add-on not listed here, we invite you to join one of our free GriefTalks webinars. These 1-hour sessions are held throughout the year and feature various speakers covering different aspects of grief and loss.
As a small team, we kindly request advanced notice when scheduling workshops. Please keep the following timelines in mind:

1-Hour Virtual Workshop: Requires at least 2 weeks' notice.

Half-Day Virtual Workshop (3.5 hours): Requires at least 3 weeks' notice.

Full-Day Virtual Workshop (7.5 hours): Requires at least 4 weeks' notice.

All workshops are offered during core business hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If your preferred time falls outside these hours, please indicate this in your request, and we will do our best to accommodate special circumstances.
